RRB ALP CBT 2 City Slip 2026 Released for July 28 Exam; Check Exam City and Download Process

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially released the RRB ALP CBT 2 City Intimation Slip 2026 for candidates appearing in the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Stage 2 examination. The city intimation slip was made available on July 18, 2026, on the official RRB website and all regional RRB portals.

Candidates who qualified in the CBT 1 examination conducted under CEN 01/2025 can now check their allotted examination city and exam date by logging in with their 13-digit registration number and date of birth.

RRB ALP CBT 2 City Slip 2026 Released for July 28 Exam

The RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam 2026 is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2026. According to the Railway Recruitment Board, 1,58,705 candidates have qualified for the second stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment drive aims to fill 10,970 Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) vacancies across various railway zones in India.

The city intimation slip is released in advance to help candidates make travel and accommodation arrangements before the examination. It is important to note that this slip is not the admit card and cannot be used as a valid entry pass to the examination centre. The RRB ALP CBT 2 Admit Card (e-Call Letter) is expected to be released four days before the exam, around July 24, 2026. The admit card will include the exact examination centre address, reporting time, shift details, exam-day guidelines, and other important instructions.

Steps to Download RRB ALP CBT 2 City Slip 2026

Candidates can follow these simple steps to access their city intimation slip:

1. Visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board or the respective regional RRB portal.

2. Click on the "RRB ALP CBT 2 City Intimation Slip 2026" link available on the homepage.

3. Enter your 13-digit application/registration number and date of birth.

4. Complete the security captcha and click on Submit/Login.

5. The city intimation slip will appear on the screen.

6. Download and save the slip for future reference. Candidates may also take a printout for convenience.

Candidates are advised to regularly monitor the official RRB website for the release of the admit card and any further updates regarding the examination.

The RRB ALP recruitment process consists of multiple selection stages, including CBT 1, CBT 2, Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for applicable candidates, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Only candidates who successfully clear each stage will be considered for final appointment as Assistant Loco Pilots in Indian Railways.
