The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has invited online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for filling 23 vacancies to the post of Senior Scientific Officers in multiple divisions comprising Documents, Chemistry, Physics, Ballistics, Biology, Serology, Toxicology, Photo, Narcotics, Arson and Explosives division through direct recruitment. Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Senior Scientific Officer through RPSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 21 years of age and not be more than 40 years as on January 01, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 45 years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC and Women candidates as specified in the notification.

Candidates must deposit a prescribed amount of Rs. 350 (Gen/OBC), Rs. 250 (MBC) and Rs.150 (SC/ST/PWD) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc) mode only.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Senior Scientific Officer through RPSC Recruitment 2019 must possess M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry/Physics/Mathematics/ Biochemistry/Zoology; Diploma in Photography from a recognized University/Institute with two years experience in Forensic Science laboratory/Modern Photographic Techniques.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Senior Scientific Officer through RPSC Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Written Exam/Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Senior Scientific Officer will be paid emolument under Level 15 of the Pay Matrix
