RPSC RAS/RTS Exam Results 2016 Released: Check Now!

The final result of the RPSC RAS/ RTS Combined Competitive Examination 2016 has been released by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC.) The exam is otherwise known as the Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Exam 2016.

Those who have written the exam can now check out their results online. A total of 1731 candidates have successfully cleared the exam.

Candidates can check their result at the official website of the Commission at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

RPSC RAS/RTS Exam 2016 marks

The Commission has also released the marks of the candidates now. Marks obtained in the examination can be checked using roll number and date of birth as entries.

Qualifying candidates number

Around 3.1 lakh candidates registered for the preliminary phase of the examination which was held in February 2017.
Nearly 15000 candidates qualified the preliminary phase and were declared qualified for the main examination.
4592 candidates cleared the main exam and were selected for the interview which began in August 2017. The main exam was held in July.

Exam Pattern

The preliminary exam comprised General Knowledge & General Science questions carry a total of 200 marks. The main exam was of descriptive/analytical nature and consisted of questions from general studies (I, II and III), general Hindi and general English.

What does the RPSC official notification read?

'The Commission shall award marks to each candidate interviewed by them. In interviewing the candidates besides awarding marks in respect of character, personality, address, physique, marks shall also be awarded for the candidate's knowledge of Rajasthani culture,' the official notification read.
