RPSC Declares RAS 2013 Results: Only 2,027 Qualify For Interview Round
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has declared the results for the Rajasthan State & Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Main) examination 2013. According the results declared by the RAS/RTS about 2,2017 candidates are eligible for the interview round test. In the interview round candidates will be facing personality test and viva voce test.
The RAS/RTS combined competitive exam was held from April 9 - 12, 2016.
Owing to paper leak during the RAS/RTS preliminary exam 2013, for which the Rajasthan Public Service Commission reconducted the exam, the Commission took more measures to curb malpractices.
Details of RAS/RTS 2013 Exam
- The RAS/RTS 2013 exam was taken by 24, 274 candidates, out of which only 2,027 candidates cleared the exam for interview which accounts to only 8.4% of the total number of the candidates.
- The exam was important as it was conducted on a new pattern.
- The RPSC has withheld the results of about 40 candidates because of administrative reasons.
- Regarding the result of ex-serviceman, the commission cleared that it is subject to the final decision by the Supreme Court, while some matters are subject to the decision of Rajasthan High Court, according to TOI
The interview process for RAS/RTS 2013 will begin from July, which is likely to take 2 to 3 months to complete. The RPSC will now conduct RAS 2016 exam merging the post of 2014 and 2015 of this cadre on August 28 this year for overall 703 posts.
