RPF Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for RPF Constable & SI recruitment in 2024, candidates should not surpass the upper age limit of 25 years. However, the minimum age requirement is 18 years for Constable and 20 years for Sub-Inspector. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates from reserved categories. Moreover, candidates need to meet the educational qualification criteria.

For the RPF SI position, applicants should hold a graduation degree from a recognized university or institution. In contrast, a matriculation certificate is a prerequisite for applying for the Constable position.

RPF Constable and SI Recruitment 2024: Examination Details

To advance in the recruitment process, candidates must undergo a computer-based test (CBT) as the initial step. The examination will be at the graduation level for sub-inspector positions and at the matriculation level for Constable positions. All candidates are required to achieve a minimum score of 35 percent to pass the CBT, except for SC and ST candidates, for whom the qualifying score is 30 percent.

RPF Constable and SI Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process for candidates applying for RPF SI and Constable positions in 2024 involves three phases.

Phase 1: The first phase consists of a CBT conducted by the Railways Recruitment Board.
Phase 2: The Railways Protection Force (RPF) will administer the second phase, which encompasses PET (physical efficiency test) and PMT (physical measurement test).
Phase 3: Candidates who successfully clear the initial two phases of the examination will proceed to phase 3, which includes a document verification process conducted by RPF.
