RITES Limited, a distinguished Navratna Public Sector Unit under the Ministry of Railways, has announced its 2024 Apprentice Training Program. This initiative aims to provide valuable professional experience to graduates, diploma holders, and ITI pass-outs, aligning with the Apprentices Act of 1961. With 223 apprentice positions available, this program is a golden opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on training in their respective fields.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility is specific to each category:

• Graduate Apprentices (Engineering): BE/B.Tech/B.Arch degree.

• Graduate Apprentices (Non-Engineering): BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or BCA degree.

• Diploma Apprentices: A 3-year diploma in engineering.

• ITI Trade Apprentices: ITI pass-out certificate.

Candidates must also meet these requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old as of 06.12.2024.
• Not have undergone prior apprenticeship training or possess over one year of post-qualification experience.

Application Process

Registration:

• Degree/Diploma Holders: Register on NATS.
• ITI Candidates: Register on NAPS.
• Search for "RITES Limited" under the establishment name and apply.

Google Form Submission:

• After portal registration, complete the Google Form provided by RITES.
• Attach a PDF containing educational certificates, ID proof, and other required documents.

Deadline:

• Application portal opens on 06.12.2024.
• Submit all documents by 25.12.2024.

Selection Process

• Selection is purely merit-based, determined by academic performance.
• Age will serve as a tiebreaker if necessary.
• Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates will be honored per government norms.
