Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Management Trainees (HR & Marketing) through RINL Vizag Steel Recruitment must not be more than 27 years of age (Gen/UR) as on March 01, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 30 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 32 years for SC/STs and 37 years for PWD candidates respectively as detailed in the notification.

Candidates must pay a requisite amount of Rs. 500 as application processing fee through online (net-banking/debit/credit etc payment gateways) mode.

Educational Criteria

The selection of candidates as Management Trainees (HR & Marketing) through RINL Vizag Steel Recruitment will be done based on candidates' performance and score in the UGC-NET, June-2019 in the relevant disciplines and Personal Interview.

Candidates selected as Management Trainees (HR & Marketing) will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 50,500 per month
