RGIPT Faculty Recruitment 2020 For Lecturer Posts, Apply Online Before June 15

The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG), Government of India, has invited online applications from qualified and experienced Indian nationals, including Persons of Indian Origins (PIOs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and foreign nationals for filling numerous vacancies to the post of Lecturer (Level - 10) in various disciplines comprising Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Fire and Safety Engineering, Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences through direct recruitment to be posted in Sivasagar, Assam. The online application-cum-registration process towards the same started on May 7, 2020 and closes on June 15, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Lecturer posts through RGIPT Faculty Recruitment 2020 must not have exceeded 35 years of age as on May 1, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the RGIPT norms and guidelines.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Lecturer posts through RGIPT Faculty Recruitment 2020 must possess Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in relevant engineering discipline; Master's Degree in relevant subject from a recognised University/Institute, and must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET with minimum two years' of experience in teaching, research and industry work as specified in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Lecturer posts through RGIPT Faculty Recruitment 2020 will be done through Shortlisting, Personal Interview and Document Verification.
Shortlisted candidates for Lecturer posts through RGIPT Faculty Recruitment 2020 will be paid an emolument of Rs. 57,700 per month.
