India's largest company, Reliance Industries Ltd, has initiated the Graduate Engineer Trainee program, with the goal of recruiting graduate engineers across various sectors, ranging from petrochemicals to new energy. Reliance has launched its entry-level hiring initiative for young engineers, known as the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) 2024 program, inviting applicants from all over India.

Within this initiative, Reliance has initiated the online application acceptance for B.Tech and B.E. graduates of the 2024 batch, spanning disciplines such as chemical, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation, from AICTE-approved institutes.
The program aims to nurture promising engineering talent for crucial technical roles across diverse business verticals, as stated on the company's website. Notably, the application process for this year has transitioned to an online format for the first time. The registration period for the program commenced on January 11 and will continue until January 19, according to information provided on the firm's website.
