Exam Structure: Testing a Range of Skills

  • Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (VA & LR): This section assesses critical thinking, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and includes para-jumbles and cloze tests.
  • Decision-Making (DM): Real-life scenarios are presented to evaluate candidates' problem-solving skills in 170 minutes.
  • Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation (QA & DI): A mix of math fundamentals and data analysis, focusing on candidates' numerical abilities and interpretation skills.
  • General Knowledge (GK): Spanning 20 questions, the GK segment includes a mix of static knowledge and current affairs, making it essential for those who stay informed.

Additionally, Analytical Essay Writing (AEW) has been introduced, which will play a key role in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview stages. This new component allows candidates to demonstrate their ability to articulate ideas thoughtfully-a crucial skill for business leaders.
