Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a Navratna enterprise under the Government of India, has announced a golden opportunity for aspiring professionals by opening 378 apprentice positions across its Trombay and Thal facilities in Maharashtra. The application window is from December 10 to December 24, 2024, giving candidates a chance to join this premier organization with a turnover of ₹17,598.80 crores.

Apprenticeship Roles Eligibility

RCFL offers roles tailored to various educational backgrounds:

Graduate Apprentices (182 positions): For candidates with degrees in Commerce, BBA, Economics, or specialized HR roles.

Technician Apprentices (90 positions): For diploma holders in Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical Engineering.

Trade Apprentices (106 positions): For candidates with a B.Sc. in relevant fields or 12th-grade education with a science focus. Roles include Attendant Operator (Chemical), Instrument Mechanic (Chemical), and Laboratory Assistant (Chemical).
