Applications close tomorrow, September 10 at 5 pm, for RCF’s Management Trainee 2026 drive. The PSU plans to fill over 90 MT seats across 14 disciplines. An official corrigendum extended the deadline and revised eligibility. Submit forms via RCF’s recruitment page, which opens the IBPS registration link.
The corrigendum dated August 24, 2026 sets August 1, 2026 as the qualification cut‑off. The age cut‑off remains unchanged. Degrees must be completed by that date. Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Rajbhasha, and others are eligible disciplines. Avoid last‑minute submissions as payment or upload errors can occur.

The recruitment spans Chemical, Boiler, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials, Civil, Fire, CC Lab, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Rajbhasha, Finance, and Marketing. Vacancies are provisional and may change. Chemical typically commands the largest share. Track reservation details and backlog mentions while deciding realistic options.
Visit RCF’s recruitment page and click Apply Online to open the IBPS form. Use New Registration, note the provisional number, then complete details. Upload photo, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration. Pay ₹1000 for General, OBC, and EWS; SC, ST, Ex‑servicemen, PwBD, and women are exempt.
The online test has 100 questions in 90 minutes. Fifty discipline questions carry two marks each. Fifty aptitude questions carry one mark each, with negative marking. Final merit uses 80 percent test and 20 percent interview weightage. The exam date will appear only on the admit card.
Selected candidates train for one year with a ₹60,000 monthly stipend. Postings can be at Trombay, Thal, project sites, or marketing offices nationwide. After training, absorption is in E1 pay, with approximate monthly gross of ₹86,320. Marketing postings attract a ₹5,000 allowance for living and local travel.
Match your name with the SSC certificate and enter details carefully. Keep photo, signature, thumb impression, and declaration within prescribed sizes. Use a valid email and mobile throughout recruitment. Choose your exam city wisely, since changes aren’t allowed later. Submit early to avoid payment or server delays.
