Itanagar: The Rajiv Gandhi University in Arunchal Pradesh has signed a memorandum of understanding with a US-based one for sharing and developing technical know-how, especially in the field of oral tradition research.
The RGU and University of Missouri, Columbia agreed to exchange educational and research materials, publications, academic information, exchange of faculty and research personnel for collaborative research, teaching and academic discussions, university sources said.
It also agreed to long and short-term academic and faculty exchange programme to explore opportunities to carry out research and sharing technical know-how.
Enrolment of qualified students in the others academic programs was also agreed to. Both universities agreed to offer their special educational and training program opportunities, whenever feasible, to students, faculty and staff.
