Railway Recruitment 2019: Apply For 192 Apprentices Post In Multiple Trades, Check Details Here

The Ministry of Railways, through the Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) in Bangalore, has invited offline applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 192 vacancies to the post of Apprentices in numerous trades comprising Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Turner, CNC Programming-cum-operator (COE Group), Electrician and Electronic Mechanic through direct recruitment. Applications in a prescribed format must be submitted before November 15, 2019 by 5:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Apprentices post through Railway Recruitment 2019 must have attained 15 years of age as on November 15, 2019 and not be more than 24 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 5 years (SC/ST) and 3 years (OBC) respectively as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 100 as application processing fee in the form of a Demand Draft (DD)/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of the 'Principal Financial Advisor, Rail Wheel Factory." SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates, however, are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for Apprentices post through Railway Recruitment 2019 must have passed Matriculation/SSLC/Class 10 or equivalent with National Trade Certificate (NTC)/ITI in relevant trade from a recognised Board/Institute as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Apprentices through Railway Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidates' Academic Marks and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Apprentices through Railway Recruitment 2019 will be paid a monthly stipend in the range of Rs. 10,899 to Rs. 12,261 as per the trade.

Candidates applying for Apprentices post through Railway Recruitment 2019 must fill the application form in a prescribed format attached with the advertisement, and drop the same along with relevant supporting documents in the 'Drop Box' placed in the office of the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Personnel Dept., Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, B'lore - 560064," or send the same by registered post to the, "Senior Personnel Officer, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore -560 064," on or before November 15, 2019 by 5:00 pm.
