Step 5: The instructions to apply will be loaded on the next page. Read them carefully.
Step 6: Click on the declaration checkbox to agree to the instructions.
Step 7: Click START button.
Step 8: Read the browser recommendation and click Close.
Step 9: You will be directed to the application form. Enter your details in the fields provided.
Step 10: Enter the captcha code.
