In a recent announcement, Mr. Bhagwant Mann, the Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab, disclosed the Punjab Police SI Notification, unveiling 150 vacancies to be filled through an online application process.

Step I: Visit the official website of Punjab Police at www.punjabpolice.gov.in or directly apply using the provided link.
Step II: On the Punjab Police homepage, locate the "Apply Online" option in the bottom right corner.
Step III: A new page with a registration form will appear.
Step IV: Provide all required details accurately in the application form.
Step V: Upload the necessary documents as specified in the registration form, including a scanned recent passport-size photo (not older than 3 months) against a white background (50-200 KB in JPEG format) and scanned signatures (50-200 KB in JPEG format).
Step VI: Pay the applicable non-refundable online application fee, if any.
Step VII: Submit the duly-filled application form online before the specified deadline.

Education Qualifications for Punjab Police

• Constable: Candidates must have successfully completed the 12th grade or an equivalent examination from an accredited school.
• SI: Applicants are required to possess a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a reputable university or institution.
• Mandatory: Candidates must have passed Punjabi at the matriculation level.

Age Limit for Punjab Police

The age limit for candidates applying for Constable and SI positions in Punjab Police is strictly between 18 and 28 years, as per the specified requirements. It is imperative for applicants to fall within this age range to be considered eligible for the positions.

Punjab Police 2023 Constable & SI Salary

Selected candidates for the Punjab Constable post in Technical and Support Services (TSS) Cadre will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 19,900/- as per the 6th pay commission. The monthly salary for Sub Inspector is Rs. 35,400/-.
