The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), under Govt. of Maharashtra, has invited applications from qualified and interested candidates for filling 177 Class I and II posts in various capacities comprising Skin Specialists, Aids Nodal Officer, Neurosurgeon, EuroSurgeon, Cardiologist, Plastic Sergeon, Optometrists, City TB Control Officer, Medical Superintendent, Veterinary Officer, Assistant Health officer/Assistant Head of Health, Microbiologist, Pediatrician, Sergeon, X Ray Technician, Neonatologist, Chest Specialists, etc. through direct recruitment. The online application-cum-registration process towards the same closes on May 5, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Class I and II posts in Pune Municipal Corporation must meet the age criteria, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the PMC norms.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 500 (Gen/UR) and Rs. 300 (reserved category) respectively through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc. payment gateways) or any other mode as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Class I and II posts in Pune Municipal Corporation must possess an MD/MS/MBBS M.Ch/PG Degree in Veterinary/ DM/BDS/MDS/BAMS/MPTH from a recognised University/Institution with relevant years of post-qualification experience in the concerned domain.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Class I and II posts in Pune Municipal Corporation will be done through Shortlisting, Written Test/Interview and Merit List.

Candidates selected for Class I and II posts in Pune Municipal Corporation will be paid emolument as per the PMC norms.
