Prasar Bharati, a public broadcasting agency under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible and experienced candidates for filling 30 vacancies to the post of Assistant Section Officers (ASO) on deputation. The offline application process towards the same started on October 11, 2019 and closes on November 1, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for post of Asst. Section Officers through Prasar Bharati Recruitment must not be more than 56 years of age as on November 1, 2019 as detailed in the notification.

Candidates are not required to pay any fee towards application processing as detailed in the advertisement given at the end of the article.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Asst. Section Officers through Prasar Bharati Recruitment must possess Graduation/Post-Graduation Degree from a recognized University/Institution, with desirable work experience in personnel management and administration as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Asst. Section Officers through Prasar Bharati Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Academic and Work credentials and Personal Interview.

Candidates selected as Asst. Section Officers will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 34,800 with Rs.4,600 GP

Candidates applying for the post of Asst.
