PPSC Recruitment 2019 For Senior Assistants In Cooperation Department; Apply Before 20 February 2019

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for filling 34 vacancies to the post of Senior Assistants in the Department of Cooperation under Govt. of Punjab to be appointed across the State of Punjab. The application process towards the same will start from 28 January 2019 and will close on 20 February 2019 by 11:59 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Senior Assistants in the Department of Cooperation through PPSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on 01 January 2019, and not have exceeded 37 years, with a relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved categories as per the guidelines of PPSC and the Govt. of Punjab.

Candidates are required to deposit a requisite fee of Rs. 3,000/- (General), Rs. 1,750/- (PWD of Punjab State), Rs. 1,125/- (SC/ST of all States and OBC of Punjab State only) and Rs. 500/- (Ex-servicemen of Punjab State) towards application cum examination through offline mode through a system-generated Bank Challan to be paid at any branch of the State Bank of India only, which must be download towards the end of the online application process.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Senior Assistants in the Department of Cooperation through PPSC Recruitment 2019 must possess any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Institution/University.

He/she must have a minimum of 120-hour course with a hands on experience in the use of Information Technology/Personal Computer or in desktop publishing applications/office productivity applications from a recognized Government institution, or a reputed institute (ISO 9001 certified), or he/she must have completed Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC), Government of India.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Senior Assistants in the Department of Cooperation through PPSC Recruitment 2019 will be done through a competitive examination of 2 hours and 30 minutes duration followed by an interview.

Candidates selected as Senior Assistants in the Department of Cooperation will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 10,300/- to Rs. 34,800/- per month + a Grade Pay of Rs 4,400/-.
