PPSC Recruitment 2019 For 117 Veterinary Officers; Earn Up To 39,000 Per Month

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for filling 117 vacancies to the post of Veterinary Officers in the Dept. of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development under the Punjab Govt. through direct recruitment. The online application process towards the same starts from March 09, 2019 and closes on April 01, 2019 by 11:59 pm with April 08, 2019 as the last date for paying application fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Veterinary Officers through PPSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 37 years as on January 01, 2019, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per PPSC and Punjab Govt. guidelines.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 3000 (GEN/UR), Rs. 1,125 (SC/ST/OBC of Punjab), Rs. 1,750 (PWD of Punjab) and Rs. 500 (Ex-SM) respectively as application processing-cum-examination fee through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode or SBI Challan mode as detailed in the notification.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Veterinary Officers through PPSC Recruitment 2019 must possess a Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized University/Institution. However, candidates with a PhD/M.V.Sc in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science will be given preference.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Veterinary Officers through PPSC Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidates performance in the Competitive Examination and Interview.

Candidates selected as Veterinary Officers will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 39,100 per month with 5,400 as GP.
