Candidates must have completed high school and hold qualifications such as ITI certificates, Polytechnic diplomas, or degrees in fields like BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA, or BPharma. This broad range of qualifications opens doors to diverse backgrounds.

The process is simple and user-friendly. Applicants need to:

Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000 during the 12-month program. This consists of Rs 500 from the company and Rs 4,500 from the government, funded through the company's CSR initiatives. Additionally, interns will receive a one-time Rs 6,000 allowance for miscellaneous expenses.
Beyond financial perks, interns will be insured under the PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and PM Suraksha Bima Yojana, with the government covering the premiums.
The official portal assures candidates, "Once registered and your profile created, you will be notified about internship opportunities via email or mobile. The chance to choose among internships will then be available."
