About PhonePe
Founded in December 2015 by Sameer Nigam, Rahul Chari, and Burzin Engineer, PhonePe quickly became a key player in India's digital payment landscape. Internship Details

Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR intern, your tasks will include managing vendors and stakeholders, updating data, maintaining dashboards, and assisting with talent acquisition. This hands-on experience will give you a solid understanding of HR operations within a top digital company.
Eligibility Details
- The candidate should be in their final year of college, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for business, curiosity about data, and the ability to analyze numbers to uncover meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; the ability to clearly present ideas and make recommendations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external partners as well as cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Preferred technical skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages, along with a basic understanding of US GAAP principles.
