PGCIL Recruitment For 36 Field Engineer And Field Supervisor Posts, Apply Online Before March 6

The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a 'Maharatna' PSU under Govt. of India, has invited online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for filling 36 vacancies to the post of Field Engineers and Field Supervisors in Electrical and Civil streams through direct recruitment to be posted at PGCIL's Lucknow unit. The application-cum-registration process towards the same started on February 26, 2020 and closes on March 6, 2020 by 11:59 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Field Engineers and Field Supervisors post through PGCIL Recruitment must not have exceeded 29 years of age as on March 6, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC-NCL), 5 years (SC/ST) and 10 years (PWD) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 400 (Field Engineer) and Rs. 300 (Field Supervisor) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode only. SC/ST/PWD and Ex-SM candidates, however, are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Field Engineers and Field Supervisors post through PGCIL Recruitment must possess a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma in Civil and Electrical engineering disciplines with minimum 55% marks from a recognised University/Institute with minimum one-year (post-qualification) experience in the concerned domain.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Field Engineers and Field Supervisors through PGCIL Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Desired Experience Profile and Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT).
Candidates selected as Field Engineers and Field Supervisors through PGCIL Recruitment will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 23,000 to 1,20,000 per month as per the designation.
