PGCIL Recruitment For 35 Diploma Trainees (Electrical And Civil) Post, Earn Up To Rs. 1 Lakh A Month

The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a 'Maharatna' PSU under Govt. of India, has invited online applications from eligible and experienced candidates for filling 35 vacancies to the post of Diploma Trainees in Electrical and Civil streams on a regular scale through direct recruitment to be posted at PGCIL's Northern Region-I comprising Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana & Delhi. The application process towards the same began on November 26, 2019 and closes on December 16, 2019 by 12:59 hrs.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Diploma Trainees post through PGCIL Recruitment must not have exceeded 27 years of age as on December 16, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 30 years (OBC-NCL), 32 years (SC/ST) and 37 years (PWD) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates must remit a specified amount of Rs. 300 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode only. SC/ST/PWD, Ex-SM and Departmental candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Diploma Trainees post through PGCIL Recruitment must possess a Diploma in Civil and Electrical (Electrical/Power/ Electrical and Electronics/Power Systems Engineering/Power) engineering disciplines with minimum 70% marks from a recognised University/Institute as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Diploma Trainees through PGCIL Recruitment will be done through a Written Test/Computer-Based Test.

Candidates selected as Diploma Trainees through PGCIL Recruitment will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 1,17,500 per month.
