The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a leading electric utilities company under the Govt. of India, has invited online applications from eligible Indian nationals for the appointment of 16 Field Supervisors (contractual) in the electrical discipline in the region of Jammu and Kashmir. Age Criteria And Fees

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Field Supervisors through PGCIL Recruitment 2019 must have attained 29 years of age (Gen/ST) as on 12 February 2019 with a relaxation in the upper age limit by 5 and 3 years for SC and OBC (NCL) candidates.
Candidates are required to pay a requisite fee of Rs 200/- (Gen/OBC) towards the application process. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen and Departmental candidates are exempted from the payment of fee. All payments must be made through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit gateways) mode only.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Field Supervisors through PGCIL Recruitment 2019 must possess a Diploma (full-time) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised Institute/Technical Board with at least 55% marks.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Field Supervisors through PGCIL Recruitment 2019 will be done through an Objective Type Test of 1 hour duration and Interview.
Candidates selected as Field Supervisors in the electrical discipline will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 23,000/- per month in the 1st Year and Rs. 25,500/- per month during the 2nd year.
