Panjab University revises exam schedule for UG classes

Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has revised its annual examination schedule for all undergraduate classes in view of Lok Sabha elections.

Due to the election schedule announced by the Election Commission yesterday there would be no examinations from April 9 to 11, April 29 to May 1 and on May 16, PU Controller of Examination Parvinder Singh said.

The examination for BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc (Bio-Informatics/Bio-Technology) 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year would start from April 2 and conclude on May 19. PU Controller of Examination also informed that the Practical Examinations of Undergraduate Classes (USOL) of PU are commencing from March 10, 2014.

Lok Sabha polls for 13 seats in Punjab and one seat in UT Chandigarh will be held on April 30 and April 10, respectively.
