Salary

Candidates chosen for the positions of Forest Guard, Forester, and Livestock Inspector will be given a monthly wage as specified in the OSSC Forest Guard Notification pdf. Candidates appointed to Forest Guard positions will be paid Rs 19900/-, candidates assigned to Forester positions will be given Rs 25500/-, and candidates recruited to Live Stock Inspector positions will be paid Rs 21700/-

Selection Procedure

The Combined Recruitment Examination written test will most likely be held in all districts in February 2024. The written exam will consist of 150-point questions and will last 2 hours and 30 minutes. All shortlisted candidates will be invited to a physical examination.
