Step 1: Visit the official OSSC website at www.ossc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on Apply Online on the homepage, redirecting to a new page.
Step 3: Choose Registered User / New User for the Combined Technical Services Recruitment Examination (CTS)-2023 application.
Step 4: Complete the registration by providing your email ID and mobile number.
Step 5: Upload your signature and left thumb impression in JPG format (20 kb to 50 kb). Step 6: Enter details from the 10th certificate and Aadhar Card Number, along with caste certificate details, and submit the application.
