OSCB Recruitment 2021: Selection Criteria And Pay Scale

The candidates applying for the post of Assistant Manager Grade 2 and Banking Assistant Grade 2 through OSCB Recruitment 2021 will be selected on the basis of an Online Preliminary Exam and Online Mains Exam.

The selected candidates for the Banking Assistant Grade 2 posts will get Rs. 5200 to 20,200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2000, and for the Assistant Manager post Rs. 9300 to 34,800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200.
