ONGC Recruitment For 23 HR Executives And PROs Through UGC-NET June 2019

The Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC), a Govt. of India-owned 'Maharatna' company has released a notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for filling 23 vacancies to the post of Human Resource Executives and Public Relation Officers through direct selection based on the UGC-NET Examination June 2019 score to be posted at ONGC's Dehradun unit or at any of its units in India. The ONGC application-cum-registration process towards the same starts from March 18, 2019 and closes on April 09, 2019 (Tentative).

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for HR Executives and PROs through ONGC Recruitment must not have exceeded 30 years of age (Gen/EWS), 33 years OBC (NCL) and 35 years respectively as on January 01, 2019.

Candidates must pay a specified amount Rs. 800 (Gen/UR), Rs. 400 (OBC/EWS) and Rs. 200 (SC/ST/PWD) respectively (for UGC- NET only) as examination fee either through online (net-banking/debit/credit payment gateways) mode or through E-Challan mode as detailed in the notification.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for HR Executives and PROs through ONGC Recruitment must possess the following qualifications:

Human Resource Executive: MBA with specialization in HRD/Personnel Management/ HRM with at least 60% marks or PG Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare with at least 60% marks or two years (full-time) PG Diploma in PM/IR/Labour Welfare with at least 60% marks or two years (full-time) PGDM from IIM with at least 60% marks.
The candidate must have taken Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management as one of the subjects (Subject Code-55) for UGC-NET qualifying Or Management paper (Subject Code-17) for the same.

Public Relation Officer: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (two years) in Public Relations/Journalism/Mass Communication with at least 60% marks. The candidate must have taken Mass Communication (Subject Code-63) as the subject for UGC-NET qualifying.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as HR Executives and PROs through ONGC Recruitment will be done based on candidates' UGC-NET June 2019 Score in the concerned paper, Interview and Academic performance.

Candidates shortlisted as HR Executives and PROs will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 1,80,000 per month
