OFB Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For 6,060 Apprentice Jobs In Multiple Trades

The Ordnance Factory Board (OFB), under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, has invited online applications from eligible and interested Indian nationals for filling 6,060 Trade Apprentice vacancies in ITI and Non-ITI categories through direct recruitment to be posted across all the Ordnance Factories in the Indian sub-continent. The application process towards the same starts from January 10, 2020 and closes on February 9, 2020 by 11:59 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Trade Apprentices post through OFB Recruitment 2019 must have attained 15 years of age as on February 9, 2020 and not be more than 24 years as specified in the advertisement, with relaxation in the upper age limit up to 5 years (SC/ST) and 3 years (OBC) respectively as specified in the notifcation.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 100 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/debit card/credit card/cash card/ wallets/imps/neft/upi/bhim) mode only. SC/ST/PWD/Female/Transgender candidates, however, are exempted from paying the fee.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Trade Apprentices through OFB Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting and Trade Test.

Candidates selected for Trade Apprentices post through OFB Recruitment 2019 will be paid emolument as per the OFB norms.
