Required Qualification	Applying candidates must have a first class masters degree/bachelors degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent. They must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed a language test in Odia conducted by any board or council of secondary education, approved by the government of Odisha, equivalent to that of Middle English School standard.
Age Criteria	The age of the candidates can be maximum 32 years of ageand minimum 21 years of age. (Relaxation in age will be provided as per the government norms)
