NTCL Recruitment 2019 For 109 Managerial, Executive Posts; Apply Offline Before April 12

The National Textile Corporation Ltd. (NTCL), a public sector enterprise under Government of India has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible and experienced candidates for filling 109 Managerial and Executive positions. The online application process towards the same starts from March 06, 2019 and closes on April 12, 2019.

The recruitment is for various positions comprising General Manager, Dy. General Manager, Sr. Manager, Manager, Joint Manager and Deputy Manager in NTCL's Technical, Finance, HR, Asset Management, IT, Legal and Marketing divisions.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Managerial and Executive positions through NTCL Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 50 years of age as on March 31, 2019.

Candidates must pay a requisite amount Rs. 300 (UR/OBC/Ex-SM) through Demand Draft (DD) favoring the National Textile Corporation Ltd, Payable at New Delhi.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for Managerial and Executive positions in multiple divisions through NTCL Recruitment 2019 must possess following qualifications:

Managerial Technical: Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University/Institute.
Managerial Finance: CA/ICWA Certificate from a recognized Institute.
Managerial HR: MBA (HR)/MSW or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
Managerial Asset Management: LLB from a recognized University/Institute.
Managerial IT: B.E/B.Tech in Information Technology from a recognized University/Institute.
Managerial Marketing: MBA (Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Managerial and Executive positions in multiple divisions through NTCL Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Test, Interview and Group Discussion as per NTC Management.

Candidates selected to Managerial and Executive positions will be paid a monthly emolument in the following scale:

General Manager - Rs. 32,900 to Rs. 90,000
Dy. General Manager - Rs. 29,100 to Rs. 80,000
Sr. Manager - Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 70,000
Manager - Rs. 20,600 to Rs. 60,000
Joint Manager - Rs. 16,400 to Rs. 50,000
Deputy Manager - Rs. 12,600 to Rs. 40,000
