Know the steps to check the JEE Advanced 2022 result and score card here!

IIT Bombay shall be releasing the JEE Advanced 2022 result on September 11, 2022. The candidates who appeared in the test on August 28, 2022, are advised to keep a tab on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

The authorities have already released the provisional JEE Advanced 2022 answer key on September 03, 2022. The final answer key shall be released along with the JEE Advanced result.

The candidates are advised to keep the application form handy as it consists of details such as roll number, password, etc. Candidates who secure the top rank in the JEE Advanced exam shall be eligible for admission into the B.Tech and B.Arch courses offered by prestigious IITs.

How to Check the JEE Advanced Result?

The JEE Advanced result along with the scorecard shall be released on the official portal. The candidates can adhere to the following steps to download them correctly:

Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Advanced, jeeadv.ac.in.
Step 2: Scroll along the announcement tab and click on the JEE Advanced 2022 result.
Step 3: Next, enter the details asked i.e. roll number and password followed by the captcha code, and click the submit details.
Step 4: Finally, go through the JEE Advanced result and save it on the device.

The final decision regarding the candidates who are found to be securing equal marks will be based on the tie-breaking rules. The tie-breaking shall be done on the basis of four criterias as mentioned below.
Higher Positive Attempts
Higher Marks in Maths
Higher Marks in Physics

In case, all of the following criteria fail then the candidates shall be assigned equal rank in the JEE Advanced 2022 exam.

JEE Advanced Marks Vs Ranks

The authorities declare the marks secured along with the All India Rank secured by the candidates for the JEE Advanced result. Marks and ranks both are different things however important aspects of the exam. The colleges release the provisional rank list before the counselling and candidates falling in the range are eligible for counselling only.
