Certification Process
The SWAYAM 2025 certification is awarded based on a proctored examination, conducted in a hybrid mode - Computer-Based Tests (CBT) and Pen & Paper format. The exam will be held across two shifts per day on the designated dates in May 2025.
To qualify for certification and credit transfer, candidates must score at least 40% in both the term-end written exam and internal assessments. Post-exam, results will be published on the NTA's official website, followed by the issuance of certifications by the respective National Coordinator.
Fee Structure for SWAYAM 2025
- General Category: ₹750 for one course, ₹600 for each additional course.
- Gen-EWS/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwD/PwBD Categories: ₹500 for one course, ₹400 for each additional course.

- No Negative Marking for incorrect answers in MCQs.
- Exam City Preferences Cannot Be Changed after the correction window.
- Maximum of 8 Courses can be chosen per candidate.
