The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), India's leading PSU under the Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India, has called for online applications from eligible Indian citizens for filling 54 Trade Apprentice vacancies in multiple trades comprising Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Welder (Gas and Electric Structural Welder), Electronic Mechanic, Draughtsman and Surveyor through direct selection to be posted at NPCL's Kaiga site, Karwar Taluk, Uttara Kannada District, Karnataka. Interested candidates must submit their applications before September 16, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees
Candidates interested in applying for Trade Apprentices post through NPCIL Recruitment must have attained 14 years of age as on September 16, 2019 and not be more than 24 years, with a relaxation in the upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC and PWD candidates as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Educational Criteria
Desirous candidates applying for Trade Apprentices post through NPCIL Recruitment must possess an ITI in relevant trade from an Institute/Organisation duly recognised by NCVT/SCVT.
Selection And Pay Scale
The selection of candidates as Trade Apprentices through NPCIL Recruitment will be done through shortlisting based on the marks obtained by the candidates in their ITI course (relevant trade).
Candidates selected as Trade Apprentices will be paid a monthly stipend between 80% to 90% of the minimum wage of semi-skilled workers notified by the Govt. of Karnataka.
