No improvement! UK's poor performance in education

The students of UK performing poor in maths, science and reading, has failed in the recent past. This has lead the teenagers of UK to lag behind the peers from other countries like Korea, Japan, Singapore as per an international study.

As per the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) study's latest result, UK spends more than the average amount on education and yet, there has been "no change" in the ability of the country in the three fundamental subjects.

The UK took 26th spot for maths, 21st for science and 23rd for reading among the 65 countries that were a part of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's (OECD) survey.
