NIOS class 10,12 exams 2016: Registrants can Download Admit Cards

The NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) has released the admit cards on the official website. Students who are appearing for the exam should download the admit cards.

National Institute of Open Schooling will be conducting examinations for class 10 and 12 in the month of April.

How to download the admit card?

• Log on to the official website, the link
• Find 'examination/result category' click on the link 'Intimation/Hall Ticket for April-March 2016 Theory Exam'
• Click on the link that opens in a new window - 'Secondary' or 'Sr Secondary'
• Enter valid 11/12 digit roll number, answer the security question and submit
• The admit card will be displayed on the screen
• Download the same and take a print out for future reference.

About NIOS

NIOS, formerly known as National Open School is a national board that administers examinations for Secondary and Senior Secondary examinations of open schools similar to the CBSE and the CISCE. The Board aims at increasing literacy and provide education to rural areas. It also offers vocational courses after the high school.

The board was established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, to provide education to remote areas with the motive to increase literacy.
