NIELIT has rescheduled Delhi’s Digital Literacy Course exams at the NDL centre for September 11 to 13 due to BRICS-related restrictions in the capital. The change applies only to the NDL Delhi examination centre. Exams at other locations continue as scheduled. Your new date, batch and shift are printed on the revised hall ticket, which supersedes earlier details. Verify them carefully before leaving for the centre today.

The reschedule covers candidates of CCC, BCC, ECC, CCC Plus and ACC whose tests were slated at NDL between September 11 and 13. Expect updated batches and staggered entry, with strict gate closing. Carry only what the admit card permits to avoid delays at frisking.

How to download the revised NIELIT admit card today

Visit student.nielit.gov.in, open the Admit Card section, choose your DLC course, and select the September 2026 cycle. Enter your application or registration number, date of birth, and captcha to generate the hall ticket. Print a clear copy and recheck centre code, date, shift and batch.
