NIELIT Exam Reschedule Alert: NDL Delhi Centre Dates Changed for BRICS Summit

Why NIELIT Delhi DLC exams were rescheduled for September 11–13

The BRICS leaders’ summit brings sweeping security and movement controls to Delhi. With heads of state in town, agencies prefer limited activity near sensitive venues. Authorities declared a holiday and tightened traffic ahead of high‑profile meetings. NIELIT’s NDL venue therefore shifted slots to avoid disruption for candidates.

How to download the revised NIELIT admit card

Open student.nielit.gov.in and select the Admit Card section. Choose your Digital Literacy Course, then enter application or registration number and date of birth. Download the PDF, confirm the new date, shift, and examination venue. If the portal fails, email the CCC help address listed on the homepage.

What changes in reporting time and ID rules

Your admit card shows a revised reporting time to enable staggered entry. Carry a printed admit card and one original photo identity proof. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar, voter ID, passport, PAN, driving licence, and approved student IDs. Entry is denied if the original ID is missing or mismatched.

Are other centres affected by the NIELIT reschedule

The official notice names only the NDL, Delhi centre for this reschedule. No change is indicated for other cities or regional centres. Candidates elsewhere should follow their existing schedule and keep checking the portal. Download your admit card again if any local update appears.

What to do if your new slot clashes

Save the revised admit card and capture screenshots of your earlier schedule. Write to your Regional Centre and the CCC help email with supporting proof.
