NIELIT has rescheduled its Digital Literacy Course exams at the NDL, Delhi centre. The new dates cover September 11 to 13, 2026, due to the BRICS summit. A revised admit card is live on the Student Portal for affected candidates. Check your updated slot, venue, and reporting time before planning travel.
Delhi will observe a public holiday on Friday, September 11, for summit arrangements. Security curbs and traffic restrictions are in force across key corridors. NIELIT’s change applies only to the NDL centre over September 11 to 13. Other centres continue as scheduled unless a new portal notice says otherwise.

The BRICS leaders’ summit brings sweeping security and movement controls to Delhi. With heads of state in town, agencies prefer limited activity near sensitive venues. Authorities declared a holiday and tightened traffic ahead of high‑profile meetings. NIELIT’s NDL venue therefore shifted slots to avoid disruption for candidates.
Open student.nielit.gov.in and select the Admit Card section. Choose your Digital Literacy Course, then enter application or registration number and date of birth. Download the PDF, confirm the new date, shift, and examination venue. If the portal fails, email the CCC help address listed on the homepage.
Your admit card shows a revised reporting time to enable staggered entry. Carry a printed admit card and one original photo identity proof. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar, voter ID, passport, PAN, driving licence, and approved student IDs. Entry is denied if the original ID is missing or mismatched.
The official notice names only the NDL, Delhi centre for this reschedule. No change is indicated for other cities or regional centres. Candidates elsewhere should follow their existing schedule and keep checking the portal. Download your admit card again if any local update appears.
Save the revised admit card and capture screenshots of your earlier schedule. Write to your Regional Centre and the CCC help email with supporting proof. Be aware that requests to change centre or reschedule are generally not accepted. Escalate only for genuine conflicts, and keep checking the portal for updates.
