Candidates applying for Assistant Sub-Inspector and Head Constable Jobs on NIA through NIA Recruitment 2022 must have passed Class 12/Intermediate or equivalent for HC posts and Graduation for ASI posts from a recognised University/Institution and should be the following:

• ASI - Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis with minimum two years of experience in the field of intelligence of criminal cases or intelligence work or Ops or IT management for ASI

• HC - Officers of the Central or State Police Organization or State Police organizations or Government' Intelligence agency or other investigation bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department with relevant years of experience intelligence as detailed in the NIA ASI HC Notification 2022
