The National Investigation Agency (NIA), India's premier investigating agency under Govt. of India, has invited applications in a prescribed format from qualified and experienced retired Govt., officers for filling vacancies to the post of Explosive Expert (EE) on contractual basis to be posted at the Agency's HQ in New Delhi and at its branch officers in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chandigarh. The offline application process towards the same closes on March 31, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Explosive Expert posts through NIA Recruitment must meet the age criteria as per the NIA norms, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria And Experience

Candidates applying for Explosive Expert posts through NIA Recruitment must possess a Master's Degree in Chemistry or M.Sc in Forensic science with Chemistry as one of the subject at B.Sc Level from a recognised University/Institution with five-years of experience in examination of explosives and firearms as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Explosive Expert through NIA Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Personal Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Explosive Expert through NIA Recruitment will be paid emolument as per the NIA norms.
