The National Investigation Agency (NIA), India's premier investigation agency with the Govt. of India has invited applications from Indian nationals for filling 18 vacancies on deputation basis to various positions comprising Explosive Expert, Biology Expert, Cyber Forensic Examiner, Technical Forensic Psychologist, Crime Scene Assistant and Photographer.
The application process towards the same will start from 07 January 2019 and will end on 07 March 2019.
Candidates are required to fill the applications in a prescribed format as detailed in the notification and send it through off line mode only. The vacancies will be in the regions of Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Raipur and Jammu in the Indian subcontinent.

Educational Criteria And Experience
Explosive Expert - Candidates applying for this position must posses an M.Sc in Chemistry or in Forensic Science from a recognised University/Institute and must have five years of experience in the examination of explosives and fire arms. PhD in Chemistry preferable.
Biology Expert - Candidates applying for this position must posses an M.Sc in Biology, Zoology, Microbiology, Anthropology or an M.Sc in Forensic Science with Biology or Zoology as one of the subjects in B.Sc from a recognised University/Institute and must have 3 years of experience in a Biological laboratory.
Cyber Forensic Examiner - Candidates applying for this position must posses a BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Masters Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognised University/Institute and must have 3 years of experience in digital investigation/computer forensics and others detailed.
Technical Forensic Psychologist - Candidates applying for this position must posses a Masters Degree in Criminology or Clinical Psychology from a recognised University/Institute and must have 3 years of experience in practicing Clinical Psychology.
Crime Scene Assistant - Candidates applying for this position must posses a Masters Degree in Bi-technology, analytical chemistry, physics or forensic science from a recognised University/Institute and must have 3 years of experience in crime scene in Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Organisations/ UT's/PSU's/Universities or at any recognized Research Institutions.
Photographer - Candidates applying for this position must be a Graduate and possess a Diploma in Photography from a recognised institute, and must have 3 years of experience in various branches of photography.

Pay Scale And Application Process
Candidates selected for various positions will be paid the scale starting from Rs.35,400 - Rs.1,77,500/- per month by the organization.
