The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC), a hydropower generation public limited company, has called for online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling Twenty Six (26) vacancies to the post of Trade Apprentices in Electrician, Fitter, Wireman, Welder and Plumber trades through direct recruitment on a fulltime basis to be posted at Sikkim in India. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from September 14, 2020 onwards, and closes on October 1, 2020.

Candidates interested in applying for Trade Apprentices posts through NHPC Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age and not have exceeded 25 years as on August 31, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 5 years (SC/ST) and 3 years (OBC) respectively as specified in the NHPC Recruitment notification.

Candidates applying for Trade Apprentices posts through NHPC Recruitment 2020 must have passed Class 10/Matriculation or equivalent with ITI in relevant trade from a recognized Board/Institution as detailed in the NHPC Recruitment notification.

NHPC Recruitment 2020: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Trade Apprentices posts through NHPC Recruitment 2020 will be done based on merit list to be prepared from the marks scored by the candidates in class 10th examination and ITI examination on equal weightage ratio.

Candidates selected to Trade Apprentices posts through NHPC Recruitment 2020 will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 9,600 per month.
