NHPC Limited, a Mini Ratna Category I Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, is set to recruit Apprenticeship Trainees in various ITI Trades. This is in line with the notification released by the firm, which details the creation of 51 vacancies. The positions are available at the company’s Corporate Office in Faridabad. The roles cover diverse areas including Draughtsman (Civil), Draughtsman (Mechanical), Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Secretarial Assistant, and Stenographer (Hindi).

Eligibility

Furthermore, the firm specifies that only candidates who graduated from ITI between 2019 and 2023 will be considered for the roles. It is crucial to mention that the application is open to candidates between the ages of 18 and 25 as of 4th October 2023, with certain relaxations in upper age limit as per the Government of India guidelines.

Stipend

The selected candidates will be paid a stipend in accordance with the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The selection will be based purely on the marks obtained by the candidates in ITI. In case of equal marks, preference will be given to the older candidate. The selection results will be published on the 'career' section of the NHPC official website. Only those candidates who acknowledge the offer via e-mail and sign the contract on the apprenticeship website will be hired.
