NHM Punjab Recruitment 2019 For 297 Medical Officers (Specialists); Earn Up To Rs. 39,100 Per Month

The National Health Mission (NHM), Punjab has invited online applications in a prescribed format from eligible candidates for selection of 279 Medical Officers (Specialists) through a Walk-in-Interview process scheduled to be held on 2 and 3 March 2019 at 10 am. Applications in a prescribed format along with supporting documents must be submitted through the online mode on or before 26 February 2019 by 3 pm.

The recruitment will be under specialised areas comprising General Surgery, Anaesthesia, ENT, Medicine, Gynaecology,, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Pathology Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Skin & V.D, TB & Chest and Radiology.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Medical Officers (Specialists) through NHM Punjab Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on 01 January 2019, and must not have exceeded 37 years of age (Gen/UR), with a further relaxation in the upper age limit up to 42 years for SC/BC candidates and 47 years for PWD candidates.

Candidates must deposit a prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/ - (Gen/UR), and Rs. 600/- (SC/BC), respectively towards application processing in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) favouring the, "Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM) Punjab", payable at Chandigarh.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Medical Officers (Specialists) through NHM Punjab Recruitment 2019 must possess an M.B.B.S. Degree and must have a Post Graduate Degree in the requisite specialty recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). He/she must be registered with the Punjab Medical Council (PMC).

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Medical Officers (Specialists) through NHM Punjab Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidate's performance in the Walk-in-Interview and Academic credentials.

Candidates selected as Medical Officers (Specialists) will be paid in the scale of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100 per month plus a GP of 5,400/-.
