NHM Maharashtra Recruitment 2019 For 5,716 Community Health Officers (CHO)

The National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra, has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible and interested candidates for filling 5,716 vacancies to the post of Community Health Officers (CHO) on a contractual basis to be posted at the Community Health Centres and Sub-Centres in Maharashtra. Applications along with supporting documents must be submitted on or before July 01, 2019 by 5:30 pm to the Deputy Director of Health Services (DDHS) for respective districts either by post or by hand or by courier.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Community Health Officers (CHO) through NHM Maharashtra Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 38 years of age (Gen/UR) and 43 years (reserved categories) a detailed in the notification.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 150 (UR) and Rs. 100 (reserved categories) respectively as application processing fee in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of the respective Deputy Director of Health Services (DDHS) as specified in the advertisement.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Community Health Officers (CHO) through NHM Maharashtra Recruitment 2019 must possess a Bachelors Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine/Unani Medicine/Nursing from a recognized University/Institute.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Community Health Officers (CHO) through NHM Maharashtra Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidates' performance in the Entrance Examination scheduled on July 21, 2019.

Candidates selected as Community Health Officers (CHO) will be paid a remuneration of Rs. 25,000 per month plus an incentive (performance-based) up to Rs. 15,000 per month.
