NHM Assam: Apply Online For 16 Inspector of Drugs Vacancies Before December 6, Earn Up To Rs. 87,000

The National Health Mission (NHM), Assam, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 16 vacancies to the post of Inspector of Drugs under the Commissioner of Food Safety and Drug Administration, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Assam through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same started on November 20, 2019 and closes on December 6, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Inspector of Drugs posts through NHM Assam must have attained 21 years of age as on January 1, 2019 and not have exceeded 38 years of age (Gen/UR), 41 years (OBC/MOBC) and 43 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the notification.

Candidates must deposit a prescribed amount of Rs. 250 (Gen/UR) and Rs. 150 (OBC/MOBC/SC/ST) respectively as application processing fee through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account "0210-Medical and Public Health-01-Urban Health Services-800-Other Receipt" as specified in the notification.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for Inspector of Drugs posts through NHM Assam must possess a Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology/Microbiology from recognised University/Institute.

Candidates must possess good knowledge in English, and at least any one official language of the state of Assam (Assamese/Bengali/Bodo) as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Inspector of Drugs posts through NHM Assam will be done through a Written Examination (objective type - OMR-based) and Viva Voce (Interview).

Candidates selected for Inspector of Drugs posts through NHM Assam will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 87,000 per month.
