It is a highly competitive world out there. There are many top colleges offering MBA programmes. To be known as one among the best management institutes, IIT Delhi has planned to introduce a new syllabus for its MBA programme. This is all set to take effect from the next academic year, starting in July 2015.
This decision was taken after a review workshop which was conducted to develop content to keep up with changing market trends. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of IIT Guwahati, R. P. Singh has stated that the institute plans to provide students with a variety of options to customize and focus on the area of their interest.
The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is one of the 16 IITs which is a group of autonomous public engineering and management institutes of India. The IITs are governed by the Institutes of Technology Act, 1961 which has declared them as "institutions of national importance"
