Following the release of the NEET UG results, certain states began the online counselling procedure for medical admissions based on NEET scores and other eligibility criteria. NEET counselling is conducted separately for the all-India quota (15%) and the state quota (85%). The application process for the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which is in charge of AIQ NEET counselling, has yet to begin.

Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round are the four rounds of counselling. MCC will perform three of these four rounds online, namely Round 1, Round 2, and the Mop-Up Round. The Stray Vacancy round will be conducted by the different Deemed Universities, and a list of students in order of merit equal to ten times the number of vacant seats will be provided to the Deemed Universities.
